Prestige Non-Shrink Grout
SHRINKAGE COMPENSATED CEMENTITIOUS GROUT

Prestige Non-Shrink Grout is a pre-mixed, low shrinkage, cement-based grout. It contains graded siliceous aggregate and chemical reagents which prevent shrinkage during curing. The high strength grout has been specifically formulated to bond extremely well with concrete and is ideal for the grouting of holding down bolts, machine base plates, sole plates, or in applications where high early strength is required. The initial setting time of the compound is approximately 15 minutes with final setting approximately 1 hour after application. This allows sufficient time for mixing, placing and finishing.

    • Bedding of column base plates, machinery base plates, bearing plates, crane rails
    • Grouting of anchor bolts, cables, starter bars, top steel
    • Repairing cavities in concrete
      • Grouting in or onto precast elements
      Design Criteria

        A minimum clearance of 30 mm is recommended between bed and base. For smaller areas where the flow will not be restricted, a limited minimum thickness of 15 mm is recommended. When grouting anchor bolts, three times the bolt diameter is required.
